At 10-20M revenues - we will probably receive an offer from Truck Hero

I think Rossi wants atleast 150M , half for him half for us.

To put things in perspective, current retail equity is a little above 3M dollars, if we get half of a buyout deal - we are talking about a significant return. If retail gets 30M thats a ten bagger, 60M thats a twenty bagger etc.

BAK sold for 125M a few years ago.

But most will sell before a deal like that is realized Imo. I'm keeping atleast a million for a buyout.
