Do you remember GERS which was so well promoted by our friend Slashnuts? It seems like litigation is coming to an end. They probably have had their last RS and are now negotiating on a settlement with PEIX and other defendands. If the settlement doesn't happen the appeal will go into the final stage and IMO GERS is very likely to win. Offering a chance to a very very nice return. Maybe you should check it out. I'm holding some GERS shares myself since a few months. And I'm still in the green. I could have sold it with a 200% profit but no way. I never thought I would end up holding them. But I always kept a close watch on them. LOL
