Obviously the charts are posted of stocks that have had a very recent run, usually that day, which are so, so, so easy to find. Many places to look for the day's winners.

The chart is a tool that his followers and subscribers then use to go attack the stock and drive the price down. Usually it's just nothing but a signal to short an issue.

Watch the downward pressure the day after a chart goes up.

ANYONE with a computer could do the same.
