The perception of seeing all those convertible deals in the 10-K is causing a lot of turmoil in the stock.

Now we are confident that Jan will pay off those notes in cash and won't let the notes convert. Others however don't know the history and are being scared off by calculating how many shares can theoretically come to market if Jan doesn't pay off.

IMO.
