TJ, IMO, I feel it's definitely Market manipulation daily for a long time now. You can see the MM's manipulating the ask & bids, to force the price down. I see it all the time and have mentioned it here before. Like you and others have said, the market just doesn't believe that ONCS has the goods to exist and Punit and company will have to show them otherwise - GLTU
