NSAV has ZERO S-1 Registrations on file before Pump of HEMP BEER. An after thought for NSAV CEO after reading comments from Shareholder. Hemp Beer and Cannabis shares luring unsuspecting Shareholders. At very least if NSAV JAMES TILTON is not an OUTRIGHT Fraud, he in no way should ever Be a CEO of anything, as his RECORD IS THAT OF FAILURE.

NEVER TRUST ANYONE WHO HAS TO SAY... EVERY TIME... MY PROMISE, PLEDGE, and GUARANTY.... because OBVIOUSLY if he needs to say it, there HAVE BEEN PROBLEMS in the PAST. GLTA.

The Problem: FAILURE by a CEO in PENNYLAND, is not only an Acceptable Practice, it REWARDS a CEO... It's much EASIER for CEO to make money selling Company shares, than Build a Company.
