ZERO revenues, never had earnings in 13 years. No product or prototype. Never on time with anything incl. fin. fil. And at last report, a whopping $546 dollars with $6500 per mo. rent.
So, the insiders sell shares out from under indiv. investors at a 45-60% discount to market price. Add all the dilution through derivatives. Boom a stock printing machine with 4 BILLION shares auth. The MM and dealers trade back and forth, and this was in their next to last SEC fil. read it for yourself. If anyone can refute any of this, PLEASE do so. I love comedy. However, it's all true. And the 25 or so OTHER binding contracts, and LOI, and MOU's have ALL ENDED in hot air. They just evaporate. Like no mention of the 2 mark 5 engines to Combi-lift. What happened? they were 60 days from delivery. The owner of Combi-lift was supposed to be at cyclone last Dec. Not a peep. As to deals, here's a few to mention. RTI Revgine, Renlovia, MEO, WHR, Aura, U of M, a small farm in PA, Raytheon, Advent, Phoenix Power, Whe-Gen, Q2power, GEM, Caymen Islands fin., Bent Glass, over and over, Combi-lift, LSR cars 2 WSR boat, windsong boat, never moved by any cypw engine. EVER. why would anyone buy this CON. You cannot game the pump and dump. Why? Cuz you can buy all you want, you just can't sell. It's cornered by the manipulators who have never bought 1 share no insider has, ever. They trade with themselves to make a market. They never buy open market shares. why? THEY HAVE BILLIONS OF FREE SHARES.
