first of all - you need to be very clear what inventory is - inventory represents any cannabis that has been harvested - at any stage after it has been cut from the plant

so you can think of inventory as a process - it includes all the cannabis that is drying and curing, all the bud that is awaiting third party laboratory analysis, all the bud that is held for processing into oils (including trim), all the bud that has been prepacked and released for sale.

I don't think you will ever see inventory at or below it's current level of $65 million again, because in less than a year they will be producing and selling that much every quarter in multiple formats. It represents about 10 tons of cannabis running through a process. I believe a large inventory shows that Canopy Growth Corp has all the processes in place to scale up operations - Aphria is living gram to gram

Buying low, selling high is a tough way to make free money, this is easier.
