Who are the sellers of stock specifically and why are they selling at .03-.04 a share? The bleeding seems to never cease.

At $2.60/sh RETC had a market capitalization in excess of 465 million dollars!!!

At $1 a share it had a market capitalization of 179 million dollars!!!

At .035 a share it has a market cap of 6.2 million dollars

Im just very perplexed as to how this company's market cap could have attained $465,000,000 to begin with, and here at a $6,200,000 market cap has me taking pause about rushing in to purchase shares.

I'm having a hard time fair valuing what this company is actually worth.

Is RETC worth over six million dollars? If not, then the shares have yet to find it's bottom. Im hesitant to put any money to work here. I thought about averaging down but I think I'm just going to hold on to what I have and pray for a bounce to get out, unless this CEO comes out with something to create a catalyst for the shares
