Its well established law, in case you missed this, that willful infringement allows enhanced damages per the statute, which simply states as follows:

"the court may increase damages up to three times the amount found or assessed. 35 U.S.C. § 284"

There have been several write-ups over the years about what the expected damages could be. Again Willful Infringement and the "three prong test" is not a vague indiscernible truth in this case. The Plaintiff has a letter and a response. End of story.
