New CEO coming on board???...it looks like it. Read this from their last annual report:

On August 1, 2014 the Company entered into a Management Services Agreement with the Leasu Trust which provided for
the payment of $15,000 per month for the services of Gordon H. Johnson as the Chairman and the CEO of the Company.
The agreement is for a period of two (2) years, terminating on July 31, 2017 unless extended.
