Well, this is only opinion, so here goes: per the latest 10K, if I read it correctly, Mr. Ken Waggoner owns approximately 38.2M shares and Dr. Gerald Crabtree owns approximately 32.7M shares, while Carlos Trujillo owns 13M shares. Remember, over the three previous years KW and GC were primarily compensated via stock.

A lack of current insider buying indicates they're content with the amount of shares they already own - I would also be content if I owned that many shares.
