Note the multiple detailed sentences regarding high-grade transmissive qualities of the filler substance for light with wavelengths of 460nm (blue). (required for QD films!)

I believe I am on to something here. A process which details the ability to attach a conductive substrate to a film with "rows" of semiconductors suspended in a resin-like material, combining as a film with high standards of homogeneity, robustness, flexibility, and transparency.

Is this Nitto's version of a "QDEF" film? I believe so. Please help decipher this!
