I think ERBB knew this all along. Perfect way to pump and dump with an excuse of why they couldn't close the deal they had no intention of ever closing anyway. I got to hand it to these guys though that was a genius plan and they executed it perfectly. Of course the story of a pot company buying a town is going to draw media attention. Well played ERBB. Hey, they have to get the CD gang paid somehow. What will they think of next?
