Wonder how/why it was added?...if added for deal purposes and preferred shares, might be telling of near future, optimistically. Of course everyone says can't do convertibles while not current, but all bets are off in OTC it seems...interesting nonetheless - why not do this when pps and volume was way higher a couple weeks back, doesn't make a lot of sense, from a debt reduction perspective
