Those are more shares that Dan and Otto have combined and my bet is there are more in the bank for Currah and his team. If what you say is accurate it shouldn't be too much trouble getting rid of Dan so what is stopping you? could it be that that Currah did indeed violate the agreement and that trust shares were traded? Is it possible that Currah family is looking for approval to get their restricted shares released for sale? You are right, you cannot make this up but they are doing their best to do so.
