The OBV & A/D lines as of now support your statement this is being loaded stealthily by certain groups while the Level 2 shows a large, bearish appearing stacked ask at the moment. The OBV & A/D showing stability &/or a curl upward starting to form during this new low range so far last couple days.

I agree this is great developing another trade opportunity, and I added again recently near .0007 (after first re-entering an initial position @ .0008 August 4).
Maybe this stinker will test resolve and trade little lower yet toward .0005/.0006 range, but I believe this is a great opportunity for scale-in for a short term trade in near future...
(ever since this hit .0007/.0008 I've liked this for re-entry).
It just needs a little more patience this time and a disciplined scale-in as we wait it out.
Sometimes that happens as a reality of trading, that a stock does not fly right away and trends lower a while yet. It has happened often with many of my past successful subpenny trades.
