sorry you lost money, it happens to most PPL in the game, but if someone else wants to benefit buying low -- especially if they think co. will PR and clear the air soon, which is more than likely with a new CEO and clear efforts to get the co's profile cleaned up -- tho a LONG way to go, hence the PPS.

(the email on OTC doesn't even work, have to use the form on their website -- someone claims to have a VM that works -- ??)

-- then buying low after some have lost is the OTC game.
This one's an especially big gamble, can go either way.

This one seems definitely manipulated -- fake big Asks disappear, and PPL can't buy on the Ask @8 it jumps to 9, then when it's convenient for someone the Bid drops again -- hmmmm....
