That's not what was said. You said they went dark to dilute and now are coming back to RS so they can do it again. That simply isn't true. Not only was there no dilution over that time period, FINRA has denied their ability RS. But that information wouldn't fit the narrative your selling.

Of course they can pay off loans with shares. Anyone that is trading pennies knows that. But you aren't here for anything but to be negative. The whole "savior" complex thing is just dumb.
