I just received the same message on my phone -
I think it is from a Montreal Area Code -
514-566-7355.

It reads to me like Somerset Capital Ltd is/or is
Representing the Receiver now in control of BRWC.
And Robert L. Stevens is representing BRWC and
sent the message.


I phoned our Attorney and all he knows is that
there was a filing for a Receivership in Nevada -
and that BRWC is now in Receivership and out of
Francine's control. He does not know if BRWC has
been sold or not and is trying to find out more info
himself. He also does not know what the Notice
of Settlement is.

I also phoned the NY Supreme Court and the JUDGE
has Granted the " Motion for Order of Reference With
Notice of Settlement ". The Clerk does not know what
the Settlement is.

" Boreal is now in Receivership. I voluntary filed for this.

Somerset Capital Ltd. on behalf of the Court Appointed
Receiver.
