Who in the mineral exploration business sells a property for no money and no shares?

The property in question was on a Indian caution so Shiningtree could have kept the property for as long as it wanted.

Mr. Stupid may have been that 'stupid' to sell for no consideration, or he received some undisclosed compensation

Either way, Dan is wholly unfit for corporate governance.
