Unfortunately, the VA must obey federal laws and those don't allow MJ and CBD. Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III isn't going to budge either. Cory Booker and other progressive politicians will eventually get their way. Follow the science and not opinions. The federal laws will change but I don't expect them to change this year unless the law change is attached to the congressional pay raise bill.
