Whomever is trying to buy heavily @ .0015 probably owns a large quantity already, and is using a large chunk in a blocking position on the ask @ .018, trying to apply downward pressure toward their 15's on the bid! Just IMO!

I would love to see the 2mil @ .018 blown away before market close, and then tomorrow they can add that amount to their new position on the bid!
LOL!

Let's see if we can't get some momentum going into the power hour, with a really strong close today!
