Patent valuations can be very positive on the asset side of the balance sheet. Agreeing on a number for this must be difficult. It helps that TruxMart has an established business model and many sales for validation and projections. Here's another response today:


"I have been answering much of the same questions. I get it, I would be frustrated as a shareholder. As CEO, my frustration level is far higher. That said, we’re getting there.

I hope to have some substantive updates from Auditor / Accounting today.
