Good day. In response to your e-mailed inquiry, my statement below regarding the subject company still stands. CST maintains the records for the subject company, however, as I've indicated, T/A services were suspended since 12/31/2013, and the premise of that is, we've had no communication from the company itself in which to update our records.

If you're in communication with the CEO of the company as you've indicated, then let it be known that he should contact CST to update the company's information and for record keeping, and/or their Shareholder Relation Services can provide you with the current status of the company. Public information however, pertaining to the share structure of the company, can be viewed on the hhtp:www.SEC.gov website or, on the Investor Relations tab on the company's website.

I'm reiterating, CST does not provide share structure information to Shareholder(s) and/or Brokers as such.
