Employees starting to leave in Colorado market!

My cousin works for them in Colorado and said they are starting to have major staffing problems with Nursing and especially Radiology. I guess the pay, shift differentials, and paid time off are well below market. Many of the radiology employees who have staid on are being asked to work tons of overtime to keep facilities running. She said she has heard whisperings of a possible walk out if things don't change soon! Apparently none of them received their raises or 401k matching this year. I hope Deerfield is able to turn this around but if things don't change fast it might be game over. From what I gathered they have a poor reputation in the radiology and nursing communities there. No one is applying for jobs at an unstable company that is paying below market wages and benefits. Not sure what it would mean for us investors if the University of Colorado (Adeptus's joint venture partner) bought them out of that market? For that matter how would Be affected by a buy out from a JV partner in any of the markets? I would like to hear all your thoughts and analysis.
