Well all that nanosux sealing nonsense did what it intended to do and that was delay the arrest orders and other court demands again for another unknown amount of time.
Again, that's all nanosux council knows or can do. Next it will be another request for time and the judge will postpone for weeks to study whether he will grant time and then schedule more time to do the grant time decision.

See what I mean? The courts never ever commit to dates of action itself. Always an out for both side.
There was something like 150 plus submissions for extentisions and other nonsense to the courts in the ultracade mess that stretched that shit over 8 years.

Sadly, this isn't going to be anything different.
I don't actually care what happens to the people with this company at all, but shut down the money making stock manipulation ASAP at the very least. Stop the stock and there's no real reason to post to this board.
