I have been a quiet holder of this stock for months, have a nice return on the stock so far...yesterday's news bothered me greatly. I did a little research as well as calling the chiropractor. It appears that they sold off one location, but still have these locations remaining:

A stand alone location:
510 W FM 1382
Cedar Hill, TX 75104

A location in the T Boone Pickens YMCA:
601 North Akard Suite 202
Dallas, TX 75201

It looks to be legit to me.
