NOT TRUE. The SongBird certificate is NOT DEAD. IT is not current and the FAA through inspections will make it current before the purchase date of Sept 15, 2017. There is no need for a partial evacuation demonstration because the B737 type aircraft is already on SongBird's Part 121 certificate.
