There is a ton of investment money out there for something like this and there should have been many more offers and deals to make. There should be a long and unruly line to partner or merge or buyout, that is unless someone else has plans to do the same on their own. One way or another this will probably get done by XTRN but not necessarily by them.

So who is this new CEO? anyone done any in depth DD on him or his backers?
