Slow accumulation from the impatient and the flippers is what it seems like is going on. The flippers sell when the pps has rises just a bit hoping to buy back in much much lower, only to find out their shares were scooped up and it is not dropping like they assumed it would. Instead the price is hangin out for the next leg up!!
