Over the last year the "Controller" could have accumulated 10% of the company for under 1.30 without any problem, or "they" could have participated in the last capital raise... sometimes I think you confuse MM's doing their thing with a conspiracy theory that doesn't make a lot of sense.... If the company gets a BARDA contract which they can do without making a deal with anyone, then they won't have to make a deal with another company.... and can still move ahead with the rest of their trials
