And, it makes it easier to solve as it's not about greed (well at least on two of the three fronts).
IF this is a viable business...do you have a way out that everyone benefits? The courts are not going to solve it. Only other option is that the company starts producing sales and they make good with their obligation but even that is hindered by the current situation. Potential customers aren't going to like being subpoenaed.
Just offering up ideas for a solution. Not bashing, and welcome any positive ideas to keep this puppy alive.
