Well something is definitely awry here..Paul is either a poor negotiator, accepting kickbacks giving away shares or simply cooking the books. When a legit revenue producing company can demonstrate the ability to repay they obtain business loans from traditional institutions like Wells Fargo or BOA. Im vested in another pink that has a fraction of acgx alleged revenues who has done this. This move too add shareholder value as investors reason if this bank will back them then i have reason to bavk them too. Debt within itself is not bad if fact its the American way to use other peoples money to make your own. AGCX is using shareholders money. If you look at their historic moves then there's no logical reason to believe they want follow this same path of diluting in the future.
