I had another look at the 10k. Now i am not a CPA nor do i have a job title of CMA but from what i could see and based on company PR they have no convertible notes outstanding other than with Black Diamond. So that means that there is nobody out there incentivized to print lower prices.
Thank you Cartman for yesterdays link re short selling. That number should dry up when they know there is no further convertible notes there. So why is the stock so low? My guess is that one of the conversions tgat occured months ago is simply dumping their stock. Based on volume i would hope they are done. Is it only me that sees that the downward pressure appears to have eased?. But that is just my humble opinion.
