Anyone who has followed this for awhile knows that in the past this stock typically drops in PPS when news takes awhile to come out. But this is different, the stock is holding up well since the last news release.

More and more confidence is growing the further along the timeline this goes. A better class of investors have more than likely taken notice and have starter positions while the flippers have moved on because their attention span is so short. Not that, that is a bad thing as it's a way of making money. But this has the potential to rise sharply. Making money on half a cent rises compared to .05-.10-.25 or as some have predicted based on DD .58 and 5.13

End result is, it's worth the wait of a couple of weeks for permits!
