Top-ups & Transfers happen in Nigeria, and multiple user accounts also happen in Nigeria. US customers per branch are closer to 2500 v. 20,000 per branch for UBA. Payments apps got their famous start in Kenya. Urban-dwellers send transfers and top-ups to the rural family or organization members. The economies do transactions per account.
