Not sure, maybe nothing? Maybe he is figuring that he will be compensated after revenue is made. What is his salary? Or not sure either and just guessing he has one? It's stated over and over they have no money right?? Only the 1 million in escrow no more right??? Guess guess guess!! No fact is the fact!

IMO stalls don't matter if in the end they happen! The patient come out in the end!
