Because the company IS pathetic. It always has been! This is nothing new and it is nice to see people starting to realize it. They can't even get anything done like a simple name/symbol change...how does anyone expect them to complete a merger? It's all a ruse to sell shares like they did last week. What a pathetic pump job that was. Whoever put that together needs to be fired. When you look at it they have never really gotten anything accomplished besides a few filings. Big deal. Has anyone called the TA? Gagged! Share selling scheme is all this is and all it ever will be. From restaurants to pot to ships...they change with the wind...when will people learn?
