OTC has a short memory



Thing of it is, even if 10% of the dopes who play the OTC make out well by chance in one scam before it folds, odds are 100% that before the dopes hit 75 years old they'll go bust on a future scam. LOL If I were a regulator I'd say why bother! Every single dope will lose everything in the OTC or at the track or in Vegas! Darwinism at its finest!
