Just because the description says US Army Counterintelligence Officer does not mean he held the rank of an officer. I think the minimum rank to become an agent is an E-4 but you don't have to be an officer. Maybe he should say US Army Counterintelligence Agent but I've heard it said both ways depending on who your talking to.

Now that being said I don't if this guy is for real or not only time will tell that.
