Hey Rocket, welcome. What interested me the most was the 80 acres they bought in Colorado with water rights. They plan on renting plots to growers as well as any build outs and provide financing. They leased a 50,000 sq ft building in Puerto Rico for this same reason. Less exciting is their purchased "weed" bed and breakfast in Canada. What I like is they are getting footholds in key states/countries where marijuana is and will be legal. They also have their own brand of edibles/vape products which could bring in additional revenues. That's the short of what I got and why I'm here. Hope your DD brings you and your friends to buy. I'm here for long term. I don't think the entry point gets any better.
