Max I understand your anger, but I remember specifically from the shareholders meeting in January this question was brought up. Alex responded that he was hopeful the share price would grow organically and this would not be necessary. Only time he would consider it (and he specified a small one) was if to go to higher board...NASDAQ or NYSE only. I wouldn't be against for higher board because just being there would bring us back up quickly. We're almost there...lately they've been real quiet so can only guess something will be announced soon or they're as busy as hell...$CHRO
