Clearly you need to do more homework. A stock goes down a bit for the day and you immediately think the CEO is dumping his shares.....Right before he has meetings scheduled that could double and triple the PPS...

Maybe, and I know this is crazy, it's people complaining every second that they didn't get rich overnight with an OTC stock. Maybe it's people flipping over and over that bring the price down. And maybe no stock,ever, has been green every day. Sometimes they come down.
