"Look at the 3 month chart and what do you see"

Look at the 5 year chart and you will see plenty of management changes, dilutions and reverse splits.

There is nothing credible about this stock. It is simple used in scams. When the scam is done, it undergoes a ticker change and is sold to the next bunch of scammers.
