But looks like a decent co if they come back. Looks like they thought about coming back in 2013.

was .51x.55 big fall recently prob from after divy sells. Paid divys 2010 09. Hasn’t filed in some time. Filed 10-12g 2013 then RW 2 mo after. Had 40mil in sales 2012. the revenues from sales of our OtterBox products Had net income of .15 a share compared to .03 2011. We purchase approximately two-thirds of our products from domestic sources which are primarily brand name products. The balance of our products, which are primarily after market, are manufactured in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
We distribute brand name products such as OtterBox, Trident, Ballistic, Plantronics, Jabra, Body Glove, Samsung and Motorola. Our product lines are sold along with comprehensive sales and marketing programs, and a series of value added services designed to separate and distinguish us in the minds of wireless resellers.

If they still have a lot of revs and making money. They could do a final distribution perhaps. Dont know though.
