My "comment" was in the post...and it referred to the report posted.

Share price was $2.33 before the hold was lifted and now it's at $2.77. The market only values the event at 20% right now which is a HUGE surprise to me. I think a bunch of investors were waiting for a spike to get out and don't want to hang around for a couple more years.

Spike was an anomaly. It was up over 4 bucks pre-market right after the release.
