A whole lot of fluff. The facts remain, the only meaningful and verifiable fact, that the company has not provided anything audited of value, or, anything verifiable of value, since 2013. The PPS is where it is at solely due to the companies perpetual failure to deliver, failure to manage, failure to disclose, failure to file. The fact that they have verifiably lost 2 separate lawsuits is separate, as is the fact that their intentional failure to file slows down the impending discounted convertible shares is also separate...tweets aren't of value, they're simply corporate noise, of zero value, as supported by the pathetic market interest and the companies continued inability to perform the simplest and most meaningful of their obligations, uncomplicated corporate filings, a minimum expectation, very easy, mindless actually, yet, they can't seem to get around to doing it, which is simply pathetically sad...
