Multi, your big beef with JNSH has been resolved from my perspective. You told us that your problem with them was that they did not communicate with us (and you were right about that) and that not enough info. was given out to shareholders (also true).

Well, not only did they speak with a big stick here, but the CEO promised to update us more frequently in the future. You got exactly what you wanted. On top of that, pretty sure you do not have to be a CPA to analyze an increase in revenue, huge profits and Q over Q growth. In addition, you know a pot o' gold is at the end of this particular rainbow because they are virtually certain to be awarded past legal fees. I mean, IMHO, time to get on board this train. GLTA.
