SAGE's 547 results was exceptional in the P2 PPD trial and so was the oral 217 in MDD with its unusually high 61.5% remission rate on the HAM-D within 15 days. MRNS has tested their drug in more trials then SAGE but none have come close to matching SAGE's results. Ganaxolone is similar to Brexanolone but the drugs get very different results.
